Higginson Adult Christmas Party

We hosted the adult Christmas party again and it was another fun success! Prime rib, shrimp, potatoes, Shirley Temple’s and trifle. Fantastic company, fun games and laughs a plenty!!

Whitney has us try this challenge of bending over and picking up a chair. It was so hard! And super funny at the same time. 

 We love to play Telestrations! This year was super funny before we even started because Grandma Clella drew across her forehead on accident and didn’t even know it! This games always makes us laugh and we absolutely love to watch Grandma Clella get embarrassed and then crack up laughing at herself. It’s the funniest!!

Christmas Reflections

How pretty is this! Jeff went to take the trash out and saw the most beautiful site from the rain. He took a picture of the Pickering’s house and came in to show me. I had to go right back out to get a picture of all the neighbors houses including our own!

Molly has been so excited to get braces! She told all of her friends about it. They were all texting me wanting to see pictures of her. Her cute little “Mater” teeth are going to become a thing of the past!

Happy Thanksgiving 2019 🦃

This year we had Thanksgiving at Duane and Julie’s house and it was our first year with Alexandra! Everyone on the Higginson side are such amazing cooks! I’m fortunate to have so many wonderful family members and friends who give my life so much meaning. ❣️

Halloween 2019 🎃 👻

We had so much fun this year for Halloween! A few days before Halloween, our friends went to dinner at ***?? Then we headed over to The Haunted Circus. 🎪 It was SO fun! Clowns don’t scare me in the slightest but they sure do scare Jeff 😂😂 And most everyone else in our group. I ran through there and laughed and laughed. I would run ahead of everyone and hide and scare them. It was so fun and funny!  Then we stopped for ice cream afterwards. Super fun night!

Mother Nature sure threw us for a loop this year! We had arctic cold temperatures with lows down to 7° and 9 inches of snow! It was so cold!!  A few days later the football boys all had to shovel the field off so they would be able to play their game that coming Friday!

Thankfully it warmed up by the time Halloween rolled around on Thursday to the 50’s and the snow melted down a several inches and melted completely off the road and sidewalks. Molly and her friends dressed up as tourists for Halloween. Then they all came to our house after school and hung out until it was time to go trick or treating. 

I asked Cade’s friend Porter Steele to take our picture before we left for Sam and Whitney’s party. He was snapping pictures away and laughing - only to find out that this turd was mooning us without us having any idea 😂 

Then Sidney went with Gracie and Kaitlyn to a HUGE party at Provo Towne Center Mall. She dressed up as a unicorn. And then to another one with Lauren and Gracie to a big party at UVU. This time they were robbers and Grace was a concert goer.
