Jackson & Sidney’s Sealing

 Saturday, December 12, 2020 was a beautiful, snowy day for these two to be sealed in the Payson, Utah Temple. They were both glowing. We wish we could’ve had more people in there to witness it, but it was actually quite intimate with just the 15 that were allowed in (stupid Covid). The day could not have been more beautiful and  it was a really special!

Thanksgiving 2020

Thanksgiving was fun this year.... a little different not having Sidney and Jacks and Jens and Alex, but it was still fun.  The Sunday before Thanksgiving, I had a big Thanksgiving dinner with all my kiddos and Grandma Gloria.  I knew that JD and Alex were going to be having dinner with the Burks and Sid and Jack were going to be in Texas having dinner with the O'Hara's.  Then on Thanksgiving morning, several of the Gustin's stopped in to say hi!  Cody was down from Idaho.  He came over with two of his kids, Max and Gracie along with John and Jacoby.  It was fun to see them!

Then Brian and Diana's family along with Gma Gloria came to dinner.  It was kind of nice to fit everyone at my table and not to have to pull out more tables and chairs.  We had a delicious meal, then visited for a while, while the kids played games.  Jens and Alexandra were able to come over after their dinner to hang out with us.  Then we all played Sardines.  Ethan has been wanting to play either that or Hide and Seek for quite some time.  But everytime we're together, we run out of time for the games.  Anyway, we all have fun playing them together so we finally got a couple rounds in.

Happy Halloween 2020

A couple days before Halloween, Grandma and Brian and Diana's family came over to carve pumpkins.  I made a bunch of sugar cookies in the shape of pumpkins, bats and ghosts that we decorated and ate.  Everyone carved a pumpkin except the boring ones! (Jeff - Grandma - Diana).  It was a fun night.

Then on Halloween, Suzi, Jessica, Nate, Kate and I all dressed up as Hocus Pocus characters!  Suz and I have wanted to do this for a few years now.  We finally broke down and bought the costumes.  We did a little photo shoot near Sam and Whitney's house, before heading there for their annual Halloween party.  Every year we go there and eat dinner.  The kids all trick or treat together and everyone has a great time together!  (Only this year, instead of going to the party, Cade went with friends and Molly did too)

Nate was Binks the cat.  Katelyn was Billy Butcherson, Jess was Sarah.  Suz was Winifred and I was Mary.  I even made Book!  I took an old book and drew snakes and the outline for the eye with hot glue.   Then I spray painted it and then did a little touch up paint for the snakes.  The eye was for sale with all the other Hocus Pocus stuff at Spirit Halloween store.

Molly and Livi's friend Skyler Remkes hung out with Livi this night.  They were an angel and a devil.  Lia was Bob Ross.  Gustin and Canyon were clowns and little Louie was a unicorn.

Jackson was outer space and Sidney was an alien.  Averi and Brock were Melania and President Donald Trump.  Then of course you already know who Kate and Nate were.  Jaxon and Hailey were Maverick and Charlie from Top Gun and Jens and Alexandra were Winnie the Pooh and Christopher Robin.

Molly and her friends had all dressed up like robbers during the day.  Then they had a party at Andrea Johnson's and did a spook alley for all the little trick or treaters that came to Andrea's house.
