Another successful gingerbread house making day is in the books! Like Alexandra, Halle had never made a gingerbread house before doing it at the Higginson home either! So this was her first year. She did a really great job too! I made Disneyland Loaded Potato soup in bread bowls and we went to work creating masterpieces. Jeff even got into the spirit of it this year too and made a cute truck. Sadly Jack got sick and felt very nauseous so he and Sidney didn't come. His whole family had had the flu and he was worried he might be coming down with it and spread it. We missed them and of course Cade - who is in New York on his mission.
As a side note, I don't have pictures of Molly making hers because she made it the weekend before on her Preference date. She didn't want to make another one so she just hung out and talked to us while we made ours.
