I don't even know how we got here so quickly. All those years of city league football, freshman year football and all of a sudden his high school years of playing are now over and done. He's been playing this sport most of his life and suddenly he'll probably never play it again. And just like that, it's over.
It was a fun ride while it lasted and I have enjoyed watching every single game.
Cade was chosen as a captain along with Kobe Carter - Luke DeGraffenreid - Zaylun Fenn - & Easton Cook. Two more captains were quickly added: Clay Lyman and Jackson Eyre.
This final game against Springville will always be remembered. It was our last game. It was a fight right to the very end with us loosing at the last minute. And it was played in a complete downpour. The field was one giant muddy mess and the boys had a BALL playing in it!
