Hey Spring - Where Are You?!? 🐣 🌹

 No neighbor Easter Egg hunt this year. Winter showed up right on time back in November, hunkered down, dropped an anchor and still hasn't left. Record snowfall. Literally - RECORD. We're sooo gonna flood. 

So instead of my traditional egg hunt the Monday before Easter, we got another 12" of snow. 

Today we officially broke the all time overall snowpack record for Utah that was set back in 1952.  We have been keeping record of a lot of the ski resorts and such since 1932 and we well surpassed many of those records a week or two ago.  And the snow just keeps on coming. 

Spring Break for Molls 2023

Katie Auger, Sarah Ward and I took our kids to St. George for spring break.  We left Friday right when the kids got out of school and didn't come home until Tuesday (except for me, I had to come home Sunday night so I could be to work on Monday). 

We rented a home in Leeds and had a great time! We played at Cottonwood Cove Park, a.k.a. the Dizzy park!  One day we separated, and I took the boys to hike the Gunlock Falls.  They were raging with water, and it was so fun to see!  Katie took the girls to all get their ears double pierced.   We met back up and let the kids swim. We got frozen yogurt from Yogurtland and had dinner from Sakura.  It was nice to have a little warmth and sunshine amidst all this dang snow and eternal winter.
