Is it Halloween or Christmas?

Mark and Alli had the most fun Halloween party ever last night! Everyone came in costume and they had it decorated so cute!  We ate yummy food and played the game Reverse Charades.  It was SO funny!  Love a party and love friends!

They Got Married!

Ugh.  Be still my beating heart. ❤️💔❤️  I can’t decide if I’m happy or sad.  Wait yes I can.... I’m so happy for her! She has been the best second mom to our family.  Miss Sidney Ann was born into this world, destined to be a mama. She started changing Caden‘s diapers when she was only five years old. Not because I ask her to but simply because she took it upon herself.  She has always been a mom to everyone.  She has always been there for all of us.  She’s our fashion expert, our head baker, dance poster maker, cheerleader, confidant, chauffeur and friend.  Girlfriend needed a raise!  She’s done it all.  And because of that, I’ve really struggled with losing her in my house every day.
But her talents and warm heart need to be shared with the world.  Jackson makes her happy.  He makes her smile and he loves her.  Because of that, we love him!  He’s such a good man and will be a wonderful husband for her I know.  Their wedding could not have turned out more perfect.  It was originally planned to be held in Orem, Utah at Sleepy Ridge Golf Course.  Days before, I’m talking single digit days before the wedding, Governor Gary Herbert moved Provo and Orem status back to orange, which meant that gatherings were limited to 20 people!  Masks were mandatory to be worn at all times.  We simply were not going to do that.  We didn’t want every single photo of a damn mask.  I called Marissa Pope, told her she could say no but I asked if I could have the wedding at her house.  She was so kind and happy to oblige!  And honestly, it turned out far prettier and more perfect there than it ever would have been at Sleepy Ridge.  We simply could not beat the setting, view, location, or gorgeous aesthetics of their home!
My cousin Mandy and her business partner Aly Haws, from Cornerstone did an amazing job decorating!  Angie with Sweetbriar Cove Floral made the most beautiful centerpieces.  Shep’s Catering made delicious food.  Sam did an incredible job officiating.  Kandis Brunson made an amazing wedding cake.  The bride was stunning, the groom was as handsome as could be.  The weather was perfect and the setting sun was breathtaking.  Hundreds of guests poured in with well wishes.  It was a perfect night!
