Bear Lake 2020 🐻

Bear Lake this year brought not one, not two BUT TRHEE new faces for us.  Jackson and Hailey (Jaxon's girlfriend) and Brock (Avei's boyfriend) all got to come along.  We had several condo's at Sweetwater that were close together.  And as a bonus, Brad & Shannon Hales family and Ryan & Kara Pickering's family came.  We were all at Ideal Beach close together and would play on the beach together everyday.  I loved having them there.  The more the better with me.  It was fun making memories with my family and theirs. We did all our usual: Long days on the beach, boat rides, wake boarding, swimming, dinners and milk shakes at Zipz, dances at the local hall for the teenagers, lots of story telling and plenty of laughter.  I'm so glad that we were able to do our annual tradition with so many things being shut down for Covid.

Happy Independence Day 2020

For Independence Day this year, Larry & Leann Hales invited our family over to swim and have a pot luck lunch.  The sun was hot and the pool was refreshing!  Cousin Steven Kitchen came over the other day to help Jeff set up a big fat firework show.  They worked for hours on setting and glueing fireworks down to a sheet of particle board that was tacked down to our utility trailer.  They ran a continuious fuse from one firework to the next.  Then that evening, we hauled the trailer down to Loafer View Ballpark and parked it up by football / rugby field.  Jeff simply had to lite his one single fuse and then he and all the rest of us sat back and enjoyed the show!  It was AWESOME!  He did such a good job setting them all up!
